Article
I - Title and Objective |
Section
I - |
This Organization shall be known as the Chippewa
Valley Coin Club. |
Section
II - |
It's Objective shall be to encourage and dispense
numismatic knowledge, and to cultivate fraternal relations among
it's members. |
Article
II - Membership |
Section
I - |
Any person 16 or older is eligible for regular
membership. Anyone age 15 or younger shall be eligible for
junior membership. |
Section
II - |
Application for membership shall be approved by a
vote of two-thirds of those members present. |
Section
III - |
A member may be suspended by a two-thirds vote if,
in the opinion of the membership, he engages in activities not in
the best interests of the club. |
Article
III - Officers |
Section I - |
There shall be a President, Vice-President, and a
Secretary-Treasurer. There shall also be a Board of
Directors which consists of three members. The Officers and
Board of Directors shall all be nominated at the annual meeting.
The Officers shall be elected for two year terms, and the Board of
Directors a three year term with one being elected each year. |

II - |
Any member in good standing is eligible to hold
Office. |
Article
IV - Amendments |
Section
I - |
This Constitution may be amended by a three-fourths
majority of all members. |
Section
II - |
Amendments proposed at a meeting may not be voted on
in the same meeting. |
Section
III - |
Members absent from subsequent meetings may vote for
amendments by proxy. |
